Traveling and quilty stuff

Blogger is not co-operating with me today, sooooooooo no pictures.............
Just wanted to check in and say thank you to my new blogging friends, Thanks for stopping by.
I went to 2 of our LQS today, One I purchased a new USB stick with clown designs on it and the other store I got 2-- 1/2 yard pieces of fabric. I now have about a dozen kits ready to take with me on our trips. I am getting excited, and want to get on the road, although it is going to be really hard to be away from my children and g-kids for long periods of time. But will adjust.... hubby and I discussed this before he took this job, so I can't complain. We did find out this am that we will have the mid-west run, rather than the West, so will be a little closer to home and we do have extended families in several of the mid-west states. So maybe we will get to visit some while we are gone. I do hope so, some of these people we don't see very often at all.
We found out on Tuesday that our GS and his wife are going to have a baby boy on or about July the 10th. They are really excited, as thay wanted their first child to be a boy, and I have heard rumors that thay want at least 2 more children and maybe one of them will be a girl.
Now I am trying to decide what quilt to make for them, will have to decide pretty soon. If I embroider some designs on the machine I will need to get that done before we leave also, Gosh, I have a lot to do. VBS.....
Hope all of you are having a great day, mine has been good so far, but anytime I find time to go to the LQS, is a good day. We are supposed to get 2-4 inches of snow tomorrow so I will get some of my sewing done then. Have a good one everybody and be sure to keep on Quilting Memories, that always makes my heart sing.
